Samaritan’s Feet wants to inspire hope through the gift of shoes, the act of washing feet, and encouragement to those who need it most. People without shoes face dangers like laceration, fungus, and insect bites that can lead to infection, disease, and even death. Children with no shoes are often not allowed entrance to education in many countries and can find their way into slavery, or unsafe and inexcusable child labor environments. Since our founding in 2003, Samaritan’s Feet and its partners have distributed over 6.5 million pairs of shoes in 88 countries and 325 U.S. cities.

Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a “home-away-from-home” for families with critically ill or injured children being treated in area medical facilities at little or no cost. These Houses are built on the concept that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on healing their child. ACN matches donations made by employees and Independent Business Owners dollar for dollar; and together have raised millions of dollars worldwide to support Ronald McDonald House Charities.
The Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County offers programs and services that promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. ACN assists the local chapter, just minutes from its World Headquarters, by financially supporting Pancake Day, the "It Just Takes One" Dinner and the Festival of Trees, and by sponsoring the basketball program and golf tournament.

Children's Home Society of North Carolina, one of the most comprehensive and seamless child welfare continuums in the state; allows families to access a wealth of child welfare services – parenting education, family preservation, teen pregnancy prevention, foster care, adoption and family support services – all from one agency. Since 1881 the American Red Cross has been the nation's premier emergency response organization, and is where people mobilize to help their neighbors in emergencies. Cabarrus Meals on Wheels provides one hot meal a day each weekday to individuals who are unable to prepare meals for themselves and have no one to prepare one for them. The recipients suffer from a variety of disabilities such as arthritis, blindness, and heart disease leaving them physically unable to prepare their own meals. ACN is a sponsor of the Meals on Wheels Sunday Soup Sampling as well as the Cabarrus Ducktona Dash fundraiser.

Allegro Foundation is a nonprofit that combines movement instruction with medical and educational expertise, creating a new vehicle to teach children with disabilities and enhance their quality of life. Allegro teaches more than 500 children with mental retardation, Down syndrome, orthopedic challenges, learning disabilities, muscular dystrophy, visual and hearing impairments, and children with cancer in free weekly classes. ACN is a sponsor of the Allegro Ambassador’s Ball.

For over 40 years, the Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) has improved the lives of individuals and families affected by autism. The Kannapolis Intimidators are the Single-A baseball team based out of Kannapolis, NC. The ballpark is within several miles of the ACN World Headquarters. During the season, Wednesday nights at the ballpark are Charity Spotlight Nights, presented by ACN. ACN selects local charities as beneficiaries of Charity Spotlight Nights and each charity receives a portion of ticket proceeds on their designated night.

Ace & TJ's Grin Kids is a non-profit created by morning show personalities Ace & TJ in Charlotte, North Carolina. The charity raises funds to take terminally ill and chronically handicapped children, along with their families to Disney World in Florida. Because of their special needs and financial strain, this is an experience that many of these children and families would not be able to otherwise experience.

The Ben Mynatt Children’s Foundation was formed by a small group of Cabarrus County businesses who share a common interest in investing in the children of the community. Each year the foundation hosts a golf tournament raising tens of thousands of dollars. The monies raised are then distributed to local charitable organizations. For three years, ACN has been a sponsor of the Ben Mynatt Children’s Charity Foundation annual golf tournament.

The NorthEast Foundation was created to support Carolina Medical Center's NorthEast campus. Gifts given through the Foundation are used to improve all aspects of the facility. ACN provided the Foundation with an endowment donation for children's advocacy as well as donated to the Tucker Hospice House Expansion Campaign. The Coltrane L.I.F.E. (Living Interest for the Elderly) Center is an adult day health services program in Cabarrus County that helps older and disabled adults continue to live in their homes. Each year, Home Instead Senior Care identifies seniors who are at risk of not receiving gifts during the holiday season. The company then works with local businesses to help facilitate the purchase and distribution of gifts by placing trees and ornaments at various locations. Each senior's gift requests are written on a Be a Santa to a Senior tree ornament. ACN employees' donations are matched dollar for dollar by ACN Inc. to help supply gifts to these seniors.
